Mainly  application:

Nut shell activated carbon is widely used in deep purification of drinking water, industrial water and wastewater and gas phase adsorption, such as power plants, petrochemical, refinery, food and beverage, sugar alcohol, medicine, electronics, fish, Marine industries such as water quality purification treatment, can effective adsorption of free chlorine, phenol, sulfur, and other water organic pollution, especially the mutagenic content (THM) precursor, removing impurity to purifying peculiar smell. 25/50 kg plastic woven bags or paper bags.

One  ton bag with one pallets, Can also according to customer requirements.

Matters need  attention:

1. The activated carbon, in the process of transportation, should prevent mixing with hard material. 

do not step on it, in case of carbon particle breakage, affect the quality.

2. Storage. It is groove adsorbent, so in the process of transportation storage and use, it should 

absolutely prevent water immersion, because once flooding, a lot of water is full of activity space, 

the activated  carbon will lose its effect.   

3. Prevent tar material. In use process, should be prohibited from tar class material to the activated 

carbon bed, lest jam activated carbon, lose its adsorption. 

It is better for decoking equipment to purify the gas.

4. Fire. Activated carbon during storage or transportation, avoid direct contact with fire, in case of fire, 

into the oxygen and regeneration completely avoid when activated carbon regeneration, regeneration 

after have to use steam cooling down to under 80 ℃, otherwise the temperature is high, meet oxygen, 

activated carbon combustion.
